Danielle is a Triathlon Australia accredited coach who has been working in high performance sport since 2003. She first began her career as a Sport Scientist working not only with Triathlon, but also with Swimming, Track & Field, Cycling, Hockey and Soccer. She was a Sport Scientist for the Australian Swim Team from 2005 – 2012 at a number of competitions, tours and camps, and was the Sport Scientist for Athletics Australia at their Hong Kong holding camp prior to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Danielle’s triathlon coaching career began in 2012 which saw her attend the 2012 London Olympic Games as one of the Australian triathlon team coaches for Erin Densham & Brendan Sexton. She then took over as Head Coach of the Victorian Institute of Sport triathlon program in 2013 through to the end of 2016.

Danielle mixes her sport science background with her art of coaching to help her athletes continually develop and improve on the elite stage. She has consistently placed athletes on the Junior, U23 and Elite Australian World Championship Teams. As well as producing a number of World Cup, Continental Cup and World Para-Triathlon Series podiums, Danielle has had a strong history of producing Australian and Oceania Elite Olympic & Sprint Distance Champions. Her commitment to excellence is shared by all of her athletes which creates a breeding ground for success within the Elotik Pro Triathlon Team.
